Changes in the system of higher education as a regulator of the needs for the development of professional skills of students
Abstract: This article deals with the problem of changing the system of higher education in the Russian Federation. The issue of the transformation of Russian higher education and the transition to a national education system has now moved to the decision-making levelfor executive authorities. After the rejection of the Bologna system, we have to admit that the level of training of students in higher educational institutions does not allow us to completely meet the needs for professional personnel in various socio-economic spheres. As part of the restructuring system of higher education, a new concept is being introduced – specialized in-depth higher education. This study analyzes the process of changing the structure of higher education, which allows the education system to take into account the personal characteristics of the student in relation to the profession being mastered through the integration of student practices and programs with the educational and methodological activities of faculties and institutes. If these changes in the higher education system are implemented, then it will be possible to take into account the needs for the development of professional skills and this
should help students decide when choosing a profession. The final version of the new educational standards should reflect the principles of self-interest, responsible behavior in the student environment and respect for relevant freedoms developed in the national, as well as local and regional format.
