Principles of preparation of future teachers of vocational training
for the implementation of educational activities

Abstract: Despite the variety of studies devoted to the problem of preparing future teachers to carry out educational
activities, it remains poorly studied. The principles of organizing the training of future teachers to carry out educational
activities, as well as methodological approaches to this process, are not disclosed. The connections and relationships
between the various components of the system of preparing future teachers for educational activities have not been sufficiently studied. The purpose of the article is to theoretically substantiate the principles of preparing future teachers for
educational activities, which are the core of the concept being developed. The core of the concept is a complex, dynamic,
purposeful system of fundamental knowledge about the phenomenon of preparing future teachers for educational activities
and readiness for it. Common to the concept are the principles of consistency, scientificity, variability, purposefulness
and effectiveness, information and structural integrity. The specific principles for the concept implementationinclude the
following: 1) conscious perspective; 2) dialogue and cooperation; 3) projections of social and professional orientation in
educational activities; 4) developing experience in mentoring activities; 5) formation of social and professional imperatives;
6) complementarity of educational activities of the university and industrial practice; 7) dynamics of the educational process
of the university; 8) integrativeness; 9) formation of virtual identity; 9) developing experience in implementing virtual forms of
educational activities; 10) ensuring openness and flexibility of the educational process; 11) situational and predictable adequacy;
11) self-education and self-improvement; 12) student-centered education and active cognitive position; 13) subjectivity; 14)
communication partnership and cooperation; 15) orientation towards the formation of value relations.
