Levels of innovation processes at the military engineering university

Abstract: The problem and the goal. The research is devoted to the problem of innovative pedagogical activity in a modern university. The purpose of the article is to reveal the features of innovative processes in a military engineering university, to substantiate the need to actualize the potentials of a teacher as a subject of innovative pedagogical activity in a military engineering university. The research is based on the general scientific system and subject-activity approaches, on the analysis of scientific provisions that reveal the essence of innovative pedagogical activity, the method of systematization of theoretical and practical aspects of innovation in the activities of a teacher of a military engineering university. The  author substantiates the identification of the levels of innovative processes taking place in a modern military engineering university, participation in the implementation of which contributes to the development of the subjectivity of the teacher. It is shown that the implementation of innovative processes in a military engineering university is carried out due to the continuous innovative activity of teachers and military collectives, which is inherently subjective, which in turn constantly puts new requirements for the development of their subjectivity before teachers.
