Formation of competitiveness of future teachers of vocational training at the university

Abstract: The problem of the research is the management of the process of forming the competitiveness of future teachers of vocational training at university. The purpose of the study is the theoretical justification and experimental testing of the model of the process of forming the competitiveness of future teachers of vocational training at university. A competency-based approach was used. Methods of psychological and pedagogical testing, analysis of products of activity, pedagogical experiment were used. The components, criteria, and methods of studying the effectiveness of the process of forming the competitiveness of future teachers of vocational training at the university are determined. A model including three components (stages, content and ways) of forming the competitiveness of future teachers of vocational training at the universityhas been developed. The results of experimental approbation of the model of the process of formation of competitiveness of future teachers of vocational training at the university are presented. The implementation of the model of the process of forming the competitiveness of future teachers of vocational training at the university makes it possible to make this process manageable.
