Implementation of the main directions and integrative methods of curative pedagogics in the International Child Center “Аrtek”

Abstract: In this article, based on the analysis of the stages of formation and development of the International Child Center ‘‘Artek’’, the significance and the implementation of the main directions and integrative methods of curative pedagogyis revealed;those ensured the possibilityto establish a constructive integration of health-improving-recreational and educational work based on diagnosis of health status, taking into account the age characteristics of children; the abovementioned work contributs to the recovery and comprehensive development of a child. In order to identify the specific features of curative pedagogy in the International Child Center ‘‘Artek’’, we turned to the study and analysis of archival documents, historical and pedagogical materials, letters from pupils, dissertations carried out in different years basing on the ‘‘Artek” data, personal conversations with Artek workers in 2015, 2017.
