of cadet organizations in cooperation with the military training center
university

Abstract: The problem of the study is caused by the need to improve the processes of professional self-determination
of cadets in the context of a social order for training in the interests of ensuring the sovereignty of the country. The purpose and scientific objectives are to reveal the features of professional self-determination of cadets, modeling personal
and socially demanded career guidance interactions of cadet organizations, and the military training center of a civilian
university in the region. The methodological base is represented by activity-based, axiological, and contextual approaches.
The methodological and regulatory framework is provided by the professional forum of the Ministry of Education of the
Russian Federation. The main results of the study are presented by an analysis of the choice of a university by graduates of
cadet schools, which combines military and civilian professions. The factors and risks of the professional choice of graduates
of cadet organizations are determined. The modeling revealed the roles of the interaction partners. The interaction of
cadet organizations and the Military Training Center of the University has the career guidance potential to determine and
expand the field of professional choice for cadets, conduct professional tests in the field of military and defense industries,
create an information and innovation-rich quasi-professional environment. The conclusions fix the prospects for scaling
the developed model, the involvement of students of cadet organizations in active professional self-determination, and the
strengthening of the role of the University as an integrator of military career guidance activities in the region. The article is
