Methodology for organizing work to form a value attitude towards
a healthy lifestyle among college students at Omsk State Medical University

Abstract: The article is devoted to the consideration of the problem of a healthy lifestyle of students in medical
educational organizations. Purpose of the article: to share experiences and views on the formation of a healthy lifestyle
among Omsk State Medical University students. The study was carried out on the basis of methods of retrospective and
theoretical analysis, generalization of the provisions of pedagogical science. For this purpose, theoretical provisions and
practical developments on the need to form a value-based attitude towards one’s health are being updated. The article
attempts to analyze the factors of a healthy lifestyle. It is noted that the attitude towards one’s health directly depends
on the value attitude towards one’s health. The ways necessary for the formation of a healthy lifestyle among students in
an educational institution are proposed, and indicators for assessing the dynamics of the development of students’ value
attitude towards healthy lifestyle are determined. The authors come to the conclusion that the results obtained can be used
in the practice of various institutions in order to form a value-based attitude towards one’s health. The article also discusses
transformations, methods, methods, a healthy lifestyle, an algorithm for how to protect your body from bad habits
