Formation of readiness for technological creativity being the basis of a technology teacher modern training

Abstract. “Technology” subject area plays a key role in the formation of students’ technological culture and technological thinking, being a result of the generated subject, meta-subject and personal competencies, among them creativity is the most important one. Enhancement of technological creativity in the process of teaching schoolchildren technology is achieved as a result of the pedagogical activity of a teacher. However, at present, the problem of the formation of pedagogical creative competence of future technology teachers, which ensures their readiness for technological creativity, remains urgent. The purpose of this article is to develop conceptual approaches that determine the theoretical foundations for the design of educational content, effective technologies and methods for the formation of pedagogical competencies of a future technology teacher, providing readiness for creative work in the system of general and secondary vocational education in accordance with the requirements of modern Federal state educational standards. The methodological basis of the research includes regulatory and technological-heuristic approaches. The use of the regulatory approach for training a technology teacher allows us to divide his training into stages associated with the formation of pedagogical creative competence at operational, tactical and strategic levels of creative activity regulation. The techno-heuristic approach enables creative use of educational technologies. It has the ability to strengthen the psychological basis of the process of preparation for technological creativity, which is expressed in the activation of self-regulation mental processes of the creative activity of a future technology teacher. The result of the research is the development of the concept of innovative training of a technology teacher, the basis of which is the process of formation of his readiness for technological creativity.
