RISK MANAGEMENT IN THE SYSTEM OF CORPORATE ENTERPRISE MANAGEMENT

Abstract:

Introduction. The instability of the external environment and the development of corporate struc-tures made it necessary to solve the problem of integrating risk management into the business process man-agement system. The aim of the study is to analyze the theoretical and methodological foundations of risk management and identify the features of the formation of an integrated risk management system.
Materials and Methods. The study is based on neoclassical and system approaches, as well as on general scientific and special research methods used in their framework: analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, method of system-structural analysis.
Results. Risk management is a structural element of the corporate strategy of large industrial enterprises. There are different approaches to risk management. However, the most common approach is a com-prehensive one, involving the use of risk management methods at all levels of enterprise management. The enterprise management system depends on the factors of external and internal environment that determine the main types of risks. Classification of risks is diverse and reflects the industry affiliation and specifics of enterprises.
Conclusions. Systematization of risks of Gazprom Neft PJSC allows us to draw a conclusion about the need for monitoring in order to timely adjust risk management measures. Further development of the integrated risk management system in the corporation involves the improvement of the information system of risk management and the implementation of measures to train employees in risk management methods.
