Abstract:

Introduction. This is a research on specialists training quality improvement for high-tech production and science. The purpose of the article is to find the ways reducing adaptation period of a young specialist at an enterprise.

Materials and Methods. The research was carried out on the basis of the current situation analysis in the process of young specialists training.

Results. The problems are associated with the adaptation of technical universities graduates at their workplaces.

Conclusions. A comprehensive set of measures aimed at specialists training quality improvement for high-tech production and science has been proposed.
