Introduction. The search of the fundamental approaches to the solution of problems of preservation of person’s health is an acute problem of the modern science. The working out of this problem demands application of modern methodology for innovative pedagogical technologies estimation in educational es-tablishments taking into consideration their hygienic security.

Materials and methods. Medical and physiological investigations are dedicated to this problem (V. R. Kuchma, M. I. Stepanova, L. M. Tecksheva, E. A. Tkachuk, N. V. Efimova, H.-R Lai, W.-L. Chou, G. Sundaravadhanan, H.G. Selvarajan).

Methodology of our research is based on the complex of ideas: scientific conception of conver-gence, drawing of sciences synergetic approach. In the context of methodology investigations the ideas of «soft» regulation of the research activities are actualize (Thomas Kun), the ideas of direction of the scien-tific cognition, polytheotheoretical nature of the research activities, methodological pluralism of theoreti-cal knowledge. Methodological impulse in research became normative-interpretative approach to the scien-tific knowledge.

Conclusions. The article describes the main ideas of research, the contents and their application. The reliability of the interdiscipline approach is based on the such disciplines as hygiene, biology, ecology, ped-agogics, psychology, social and other sciences.
