Abstract:

Introduction. This article discusses the issues of pedagogical support of professional and personal formation of the future officer in the process of interaction with the professional military community. The purpose of the article is to analyze the problems of the professional and personal development of the student and the search for pedagogical methods in solving these problems.

Methodology. The main focus of the article is on the research aspect using a systematic approach re-flecting the pedagogical support organization within professional and personal development of a future of-ficer in the educational process of a military institute.

Results. The paper analyzes the pedagogical capabilities of the professional military community and its impact on the professional and personal development of a future officer. Criteria of professional and per-sonal formation assessment are elaborated and their use in practice of pedagogical support of professional and personal formation of cadets of military high school is shown. Special attention is paid to the technolo-gy of pedagogical support of professional and personal formation of cadets at each stage of professional military education. Conclusions. The presented materials show how socially significant values and ideals of a future of-ficer, his professional and life prospects are formed, what forms and methods provide professional and per-sonal formation of future officers within the educational process of the military institute.
