Abstract:
Introduction. The problem of using management automation in digital educational organization envi-ronment is considering in the article. The purpose of research is calculation of management automation per-formance indicators and rationale of their usage. Methodology. Empirical method of comparison, theoretical methods for forming structure, making conclusion about composition, such as study, synthesis, analysis are used in the article. The article is based on domestic and foreign researches studying educational service management problems.
The results consist in calculation of management automation performance indicators justifying the position concerning the management automation usage in educational organization on the example of Omsk State Railway University.
Conclusions. The authors believe that the research results can be used in scientific and pedagogical activity while investigating the issues of informational systems in educational process, management auto-mation in educational organization and digital educational environment development.
