Abstract:
The article considers the problem of training teachers for the formation of creative abilities of adolescents in the system of additional education. The content of modern additional education is revealed and the problems in the design of the content of education are identified, which becomes the basis for the program of teacher courses. The purpose of the article is to present the developed program of advanced training courses for additional education teachers on the formation of creative abilities in adolescents. The article describes the system and activity approach and substantiates its application to the solution of this problem. The results consist in presenting the developed program of advanced training courses for additional education teachers on the formation of creative abilities in adolescents. It is concluded that this course program has high potential in solving the problem of the formation of creative abilities of adolescents in the system of additional education.
