SATISFACTION OF STUDENTS WITH THE MEDICAL CAREER CHOICE (IN TERMS OF STUDENTS OF THE CURATIVE FACULTY)

Abstract:

Introduction. The article studies the issue of satisfaction of students with the medical career choice. Based on the generalization of the results of empiric research, the article aims to identify the specificity of satisfaction of students of the curative faculty with the medical career choice.
Materials and Methods. To process the research results, the software package of statistical SPSS data processing is used, by means of that it was succeeded to study the structure of meaningful factors of professional activities for students at different stages of education, which define the relation of students to the profession.
Results. The essence of basic concepts is analyzed. The theoretical analysis of components of professional identity of students is conducted. An idea was fixed in the basis of the empiric research that satisfaction of students of the curative faculty with the medical career choice changes at different stages, in the process of education at an institution of higher learning.
Conclusions. The authors of the article draw conclusions the authors of the article and propose recommendations of optimization of educational process at an institution of higher learning, it requires the scientifically-based approach to the organization of professional medicaltraining of students.
