Abstract:

Introduction. The study is devoted to the identification and analysis of problems and contradictions in the professional pedagogical training of officers graduating from military universities of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Kazakhstan. The purpose of the article is to justify the relevance of this type of training in shaping the personality of an officer in demand in the modern army.
Materials and Methods.
The study is based on the results of an experimental study of the organization of professional teacher training in military universities of Russia and the Republic of Kazakhstan, the study of the difficulties of adapting young officers to the performance of official duties in the field of training and education of personnel.
Results. The authors identified the resources of practical training in improving the quality of professional pedagogical training of the future officer.
Conclusions. The conditionality of the quality of professional pedagogical training of the future officer by the presence of identified problems and contradictions is shown. The need for their resolution to achieve the effectiveness of the training of a pedagogically competent military specialist is proved.
