Abstract:

Introduction. Achieving a new quality of specialist training is one of the most important problems of military vocational education. This task focuses the education system not only on the cadets knowledge acquisition, but also on the development of their personalities, cognitive and creative abilities. Mathematics Olympiad of different levels is an effective form of research and educational work in training a skilled military engineer. To find new methodological techniques in training for the Olympiads, to develop the tasks and the system of criteria for their evaluation is relevant in conditions of increasing interest in the cadet Olympiads for the formation of highly qualified personnel.
Results. The article considers the authoring system of training the cadets of the military institution for Mathematics Olympiads of different levels.
Conclusions. The experience of the cadets participation in the international and regional Mathematics olympiads shows that the training method used is quite effective. It improves the quality of engineer training, identifies talented cadets and forms the human resources for the research activities.
