IMPROVING SPECIAL ENDURANCE OF COMBAT ATHLETES BY DIFFERENTIATED USE OF MANUAL MASSAGE AT THE PRE-COMPREHENSIVE STAGE OF PREPARATION

Abstract:

Introduction. The article considers the differentiated influence of manual massage on the functional state of martial arts after large volume and intensity of physical activities aimed at improving the special endurance and tactical and technical actions in the stance and par terre at the stage of pre-competition preparation for the competition.
Materials and Methods. Researches are carried out during pre-competitive preparation of a year cycle to responsible competitions of the operating wrestlers of Greco – Roman style, judo and Sambo with the qualification of KMS – MS of Russia at the age of 18 – 22.
Results. Differentiated use of manual massage as a means of recovery after heavy physical activities helps to increase the time of high-intensity training work, successful performance in the upcoming competitions. It has a positive effect on the course of recovery processes in the cardiovascular system and neuromuscular apparatus of wrestlers.
Conclusions. Manual massage promotes more rapid flow of recovery processes in the body of an athlete. It increases the time of high-intensity training work, reduces injuries and contributes to better performance in the upcoming competitions.
