THE ROLE OF LOCAL LAW-MAKING BY AN EDUCATIONAL ORGANIZATION IN THE REGULATION OF DISTANCE FORMS OF INTERACTION WITH STUDENTS

Abstract:

In the conditions of the educational legislation reformation, the task of eliminating collisions in the practical work of educational organizations is being actualized through the pass of the necessary local acts. The novelty of the article is a systematic analysis of the educational legislation gaps in the field of regulat-ing distance forms of interaction with students, through the prism of the established practice of local law-making by basic general education organizations. The subject area of our study is educational organization local acts taken to organize distance forms of interaction with students in accordance with the requirements of educational legislation. To identify conflicts of law enforcement a practice, a systematic methodological approach is used ensuring those current legislation gaps elimination through the local acts adoption. The author draws attention to the underestimation of the local acts potential in regulating the issues of distance interaction both off and within the educational organization, which are completely insufficient to fill the current legislation gaps.
