Abstract:
The article predicates on relevance of the description of the genre peculiarity of entertainment radio programs from the point of view of the theory of speech genres. The secondary speech genre of the “phatic radio communication”, which is the basic one in the modern entertainment radio discourse is specially noted. A mention should be made constant and variable primary speech genres which are contained in its structure. An analysis of the genre of the “phatic radio communication” is conducted in accordance with the model of TV Shmeleva. The genre of “phatic radio communication” was not previously identified and described, which indicates the scientific novelty and relevance of this work.
