Abstract:
Being the backbone of modern education, competence approach is aimed at development of practical skills among students. Business communication is one of the subjects which may therefore help students enhance their knowledge and skills in the field of effective employment. The article analyses the students’ needs and wishes in this sphere and provides several techniques to meet these requirements.
