Abstract:
In the article the characteristic of the presidency in the system of state authorities of the Russian Fed-eration and the Republic of Kazakhstan. The Institute of presidency in Russia and Kazakhstan has similar features. The comparative analysis of Institute of presidency in Russia and Kazakhstan. Indicated that the institution of presidency in Russia and Kazakhstan plays a crucial role in the economic management of the country.
