Abstract:

In matters of human development is Central to the human development index. Modern researches of problems of human development stated that the human development index as an aggregate indicator based on srednestogovaya statistics did not take into account internal inequality. Was formulated three new indi-cators, one of which is the multidimensional poverty index, taking into account such factors of human life like nutrition, provision of water.
It is assumed that the world market in the foreseeable future will be characterized by excess of de-mand over supply, due to insufficient growth of production due to limited resources, outstripping popula-tion growth in some regions.
Global factors of production and consumption of food have a decisive influence on national agricul-tural production.
Based on viscerogenic, it should be noted that research on the role of agriculture in improving human development index is relevant.
