THE DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY OF THE ORGANIZATION BASED ON A COMBINATION OF APPROACHES

Abstract:

The article discusses the advantages and disadvantages of different approaches of strategy formation of organizations: resource, market, competence, stakeholder theory, corporate social responsibility and sus-tainable development. The process of identification, formation, ranking and development of key competen-cies. Clarified the mechanism of management of key competencies. Developed the concept of “meta-competences”, as a process of transformation of individual competencies into organizational competencies, shows the ranking of meta-competences are influenced. The options proposed different approaches of strat-egy formation of organizations focusing on corporate social responsibility, the interests of the key stake-holders and ensure sustainable development of the organization. Management of core competencies in-cludes the use of them in shaping the strategy and subsequent application for obtaining competitive ad-vantages, as well as the development, diffusion, within the business system and protection from imitation.
