Abstract:

The article considers the feachers of the phased introduction of trilingual education at Universities in the Republic of Kazakhstan. The authors describe the problems associated with changes in the structure, content and E-learning technologies at the terms of multilingual education; and they also offer a special program for the phased implementation and realisation of multilingual education at the university based on E-learning technologies.
