PSYCHOLOGICAL-PEDAGOGICAL CONDITIONS FOR THE FORMATION OF ETHNIC TOLERANCE IN CHILDREN OF ELEMENTARY SCHOOL AGE

Abstract:

The article deals with the concept of ethnic tolerance as a personal attitude, which includes cognitive, emotional and behavioral components. The formation process of ethnic tolerance sequentially goes through goal-organizing, developing and reflexive-correcting stages. The principles of organization and implemen-tation of a developmental program are described, and the results of positive changes in the levels of for-mation of the elements of ethnic tolerance in elementary school children are illustrated.
