Abstract:
The main objective of competitive procedures is to obtain works, services, products with the greatest decrease in the initial maximum price of the lot. However, in practice this task is carried out ineffectively. Corporate collusion, corruption and deliberate understatement of prices are a huge problem in the organiza-tion of the tender auctions. In this paper, the problems and risks in the field of public procurement faced by enterprises in road construction industry are stated.
