Abstract:
One of the decisive factors of the competitiveness and efficiency of an enterprise in a modern market economy is the provision of human resources high level quality, namely the development of personnel poli-cy. The article outlines the problems of personnel management in road construction. The workforce dynam-ics movement is analyzed in conjunction with the analysis of the structure and volumes of construction and installation work. Enterprise work efficiency dependence on the personnel policy, which is an important sphere of work of the road-building organization, is considered.
