Abstract:
The article is convincing evidence concerning the final discrediting of the free market model. The increased role of state institutions in ensuring the strengthening of national sovereignty and ensuring economic growth and development is rightly noted. The reasons of the global financial and economic crisis are revealed. The conclusion about the need to change the concept of national development, as the foundations which proposed further develop-ment of models and mechanisms of development policy of import substitution is given.
