The management model of interactive learning at the university

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to develop a management model for the formation and development of interactive learning. It is assumed that the management of interactive learning will be effective if it is based on scientifically sound ideas about the nature of the object of management. The methodology of the study was as following: the critical analysis of scientific and methodological literature, the categorical method “Enhanced model of compensatory homeostasis”. Results: participants in the management of the interactive learning process are identified and their role in this process is described; the task of managing interactive learning at the university is formulated corresponding to the goals of implementing the competence approach and the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard 3++; the management resource is identified i.e. cognitive interest; a model of managing the IL process at the university is developed, it is based on the management of a contradiction arising between two elements of the management object; the links between the elements of the model (direct and inverse) are described; the tasks of the teacher as a subject of management for the implementation of managerial influences by interactive learning are written. The developed model of interactive learning management contributes to the development of the scientific theory of this phenomenon. Prospects for further research are seen in the development of specific measures for managing the development of the facility based on homeostatic methodology and within a specific subject, for example, teaching Russian as a foreign language under Master’s Degree program.
