Influence of the self-isolation regime during COVID-19 on the physical ability of Omsk students

Abstract. The article presents the results of the study of the dynamics of physical fitness of students during the period of self-isolation. The problem of the research is that in the theory and methodology of teaching physical culture and sports; this was an unprecedented case of implementation of educational programs in the «Elective courses in physical culture and sports» discipline for full-time students in a distance-learning format, excluding traditional forms and methods of work.
