Design of intelligent information systems in the field of education management based on cognitive methodology

Abstract. The analysis of modern trends in the field of education management informatization allows us to state that the implementation of operational management of education at the considered levels is difficult, as well as obtaining objective information about the state of the education system. At the same time, the state of protection of the main interests of an individual, society, and the state in the information space, including the information and telecommunications infrastructure and the information itself, in relation to such means as integrity, objectivity, accessibility, and confidentiality, is not ensured; the ability of the system to resist accidental or intentional external or internal information influences. The proposed approach to the design of intelligent information systems will improve the quality of educational process management in the field of preparation for ensuring national security in the field of education.
