TECHNOLOGY TO ENHANCE THE PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS OF THE UNIVERSITY TEACHER AT THE INITIAL STAGE OF THE CAREER

Abstract:

The article analyzes the definitions of practical methods used to develop professional skills and im-prove the skills of employees in higher education. The purpose of the analysis was to develop technology to improve the skills of the employee by developing the necessary competencies. In order to reflect the com-pleteness of the research in the work, the author reviewed scientific papers, as well as normative docu-ments, on the quality of work and qualifications of employees. As a result of the research, a number of competences were determined, on which the level of qualification of the pedagogical employee at the initial stage of his career depends. In the article, some methods were analyzed that are applied in current practice in universities of various orientations. In the process of research conducted in this article, a comparison was made of the practically used methods and competencies necessary for the development of the employee at the initial stage of career development. As a result of the research, a unified technique for applying a set of methods was developed, which makes it possible to determine the path of development of competences and teacher training at the initial stage of a career.
