Abstract:

Introduction. Building an effective and transparent labour remuneration system is the key issue for industrial enterprises in terms of increasing motivation and labour productivity. In an unsustainable econo-my, the labour remuneration system needs transformation and innovative approaches. Payroll accounting should be focused on the effectiveness of labour, which determines the relevance of the study. The purpose of the study is to assess the possibilities and prospects of using the grading labour remuneration system at industrial enterprises of the Russian Federation.

Materials and methods. Historical and logical generalization, system approach and classification, comparative analysis, forecasting, analogies, modeling.

Results and Conclusions. The prospects of application of innovative approach are presented in the article. The sphere of the personnel remuneration system at industrial enterprises as the basis for effective and efficient transparent information base in making fair decisions on rate of wages.
