The results of identifying the general and special constituents in the content of music bachelors preparation for cultural and educational activities (based on the experience of Russia and China)

Abstract:

AAt present, the leading principle of pedagogical education in Russia and China is the principle of humanization, which implies the creation of conditions for the physical, psychological, personal and professional development of the future music teacher. The tasks set by modern education for the music teacher of both countries are multifaceted and quite voluminous. The main thing in the process of communication between the teacher and his future student is the upbringing of a person being able to independently navigate in society, to find his own system of cultural values and be a worthy representative of the culture of his country. The implementation of these tasks requires an innovative approach to organize the process of teaching a music bachelor at a university, especially to prepare him for cultural and educational professional activities. Changes in social requirements for a «Music Education» graduate of a pedagogical university and the introduction of new FSES of HE offer him a different role in the educational process. The creation of conditions for the professional competencies formation in the field of cultural and educational work, professional development and creative self-realization among music bachelors, the availability of innovative forms of education are becoming one of the prevailing tasks of higher education, university, faculty.
