Abstract:
The study is devoted to the problem of postgraduate support for pedagogical university graduates. The purpose of the article is to reveal the system of postgraduate support granted to young teachers by Universities shaping the national teacher development system. The study is carried out on the basis of literature analysis and support system design. The results are to design a scientific and pedagogical support system for graduates in the context of the national teacher development system formation. The article reveals the organizational and informative capabilities of a pedagogical University contributing the graduates’ professional development. The proposed system of postgraduate support is focused on various professional needs of young teachers during their professional development and certification taking into account the content of Unified Federal Assessment Materials; the system allows using the capabilities of the electronic information and educational environment of the University. The success of the graduate’s adaptation to professional pedagogical activity and his professional development are ensured by the postgraduate support system; this system is designed taking into account individual needs of young teachers. In the context of the national teacher development system formation, it is necessary to get graduates acquainted with new qualification requirements for teachers, with the system of pedagogical certification and the content of the UFAM. The use of the Electronic Information-Educational Environment of the University makes it possible to respond quickly to the actual requests of young teachers and ensures their motivation and readiness for certification.
