Abstract:

The scientific article is devoted to the problem of the modern economy digitalization in respect to use the possibilities of distance technologies positive experience introduced in the system of additional professional education. It allows to expand the educational services list, to increase their availability and increase the percentage of highly qualified competitive professionals in the economic sector. The authors in their work relying on the analysis of current legislation, expert opinions, statistics and research data on the stated issues, attempted to identify the difficulties and prospects of e-learning and of its introduction into the intellectual/educational environment of effective digital economy in Russia.
