ORGANIZATIONAL AND PEDAGOGICAL CONDITIONS OF SENIOR HIGH-SCHOOL STUDENTS’ ACADEMIC MOBILITY

Abstract:

Introduction. The article concerns the search of organizational and pedagogical conditions of senior high-school students’ academic mobility in secondary schools. The aim is to justify and test the effectiveness of the or-ganizational and pedagogical conditions of senior high-school students’ academic mobility in secondary schools.
Materials and Methods. While researching we made the scientific literature analysis, regulations analysis, classification, designing. We also used empirical methods, enquiry, testing, pedagogical experi-ment and calculation.
Results. In the article, we regard the subject matter of the development process of the academic mo-bility in the logic of personality-activity and axiological approaches. Besides, we revealed organizational and pedagogical conditions.
Conclusions. The development of senior high-school student’s academic mobility is a multilevel process of qualitative changes in value, cognitive and operational components of education. It happens due to the experience of construction and realization of the individual educational route by the senior high-school student. It is achieved under the conditions of the pedagogical situation made by the teachers and the chiefs. The following organizational and pedagogical conditions of senior high-school students’ academic mobility are revealed and tested:
– variability (provision of diversity and dynamism in the educational process demanding to make a choice);
– pedagogical support of the choice of an individual educational route by means of new professional pedagogical functions (the students are given the right to choose the content, technologies and forms of its mastering, variants of educational achievements evaluation. It is realized within the educational program and enables to develop an individual educational route with the teachers’ support); – monitoring of academic mobility development results. The results of investigation can be used in general education practice while making a basic educational program of general secondary education.
