ACTUAL ISSUES OF DEVELOPING THE POTENTIAL OF GIFTED CHILDREN IN DIGITALIZATION

Abstract:

Introduction. The article considers the urgent problem of developing the potential of gifted children in the context of digitalization of society, the creation of digital economy and the development of artificial intelligence.
Materials and Methods. It is necessary to analyse the nature and possible implications of digitalization to find ways for preventative care, in the context of the impact on developing the potential of gifted children.
Results. The digitalization of society entails serious risks for the existing system of education and upbring-ing of gifted children and the development of talents of the younger generation. The development of the digital economy is objectively in the focus of the pedagogy of infant giftedness. It reveals the real problems of the new social situation.
Conclusions. Digitalization is necessary for the progress of society. The conditions of technological breakthrough are created by man. Therefore, the digital economy should be focused on people and on the development of giftedness, as the creative potential of the younger generation.
