Abstract:

Introduction. The problem and purpose of the study relate to the theory and methodology of vocational education. The problem is to solve the contradiction between the growing need for collaboration between the organizations of further vocational education (FVE) with clients and employers for relevant staff training in oil and gas industry to situations of risk production and insufficient development of the necessary scientific and methodological support of interaction. The purpose of the article is to identify effective areas and procedures for interaction of organizations of further vocational education with clients and employers for the actual training of oil and gas industry personnel for production risk situations.
Materials and Methods. The research is based on client-oriented and risk-oriented approaches and their principles.
The results are based on the creation of a system of organizational and documented procedures in the quality management system of the organization of further vocational education, which ensures the interaction of “Further Vocational Education-Client-employer” in the process of training oil and gas industry personnel for production risk situations. The article presents the experience of ANO DPO “Verefis”, which characterizes the interaction in the system “FVE-client-employer”, filling FVE programs with relevant knowledge, orientation of pedagogical technologies to digitalization and visualization. The result of the process is determined by the increase in the number of students, creating strong ties on a long-term basis with employers. Supporting experimental data are provided.
Conclusions. The authors conclude that the process under study requires the development of a set of documented procedures “Educational activities” within the quality management system of the FVE organization. Implementation of the model in FVE helps to increase the level of formation of components of readiness of oil and gas industry personnel to situations of production risk, the increase in the number of learners is defined.
