MODERN MODEL OF CONTINUOUS AGRARIAN EDUCATION FOR A SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT OF THE INDUSTRY: TRENDS AND PROSPECTS

Introduction. The continuity of education gains the increasing relevance for the educational organizations of the higher education under the influence of environment factors. The purpose of the article is to present this model, to reveal the essence of its elements, which are formed under the influence of national and international trends and ultimately contribute to the development perspectives.

Methods. The research was conducted on the basis of methods of investigation and theoretical analysis of standard and legal base (legislation framework regulating the need to provide the continuity of education, to define national problems of science and education development in the Russian Federation), electronic educational resources, SWOT-analysis of factors of digitalization of agrarian and industrial complex of the region, examination of the information and education resources and projects which are putting into practice (on the example of the leading agrarian higher education institution of the Russian Federation are taken as a basis).

Results. According to the research results, a model of continuous agricultural education has been developed to ensure the sustainable development of the agro-industrial complex; the trends and prospects for the development of agricultural education have been marked.

Conclusions. There is no universal model of continuous agrarian education. Each higher education institution forms it proceeding according to its mission in the conditions of an urgent need of strengthening and maintenance of positive image under the influence of uncontrollable environmental factors: inquiries of business, expectations of society, requirements of public authorities, contents of federal state educational standards. Authors came to a conclusion that the presented model has to respond to features of dynamism and openness. The main prospect of industry education development, proceeding from the model content, is integration at a basis of the resources and interests of all participants of process clustering.
