IMPLEMENTATION OF PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCES IN THE SUBJECT OF A SPORTS PROFILE

Abstract:

The introduction of new educational standards in sports subjects required a practice-oriented approach not only to the study of the subject, but also to the introduction of the mechanism of professional competencies in the discipline. Students are not fully aware of the importance and purpose of competencies in future practice. Problem statement. During the pedagogical experiment the teacher set a practice-oriented task, to show the student her professional competences to the employer using the knowledge and skills obtained in biomechanics, namely to trace the change in the center of gravity in the biomechanical posture movements of Asana yoga in a hammock.
Materials and Methods. During the year, aeroyoga classes for women of 30-40 years old, regularly engaged in the fitness club “Real force” in the city of Krasnodar were studied. Video analysis of the training in the fitness club allowed to highlight the video of the pose of Asana yoga movements and to trace the change in the center of gravity. The main difference of aeroyoga is that the activity takes place in a free space, not leaning on the floor. The device for training is a special material that can withstand up to 150-200 kg, attached to the ceiling about a meter above the floor, resembling a hammock.
Results. The student was able to perform biomechanical movement herself and train other consumers of health services, showing their knowledge of the laws and principles of the laws of biomechanics in future professional activities.
Conclusions. The article shows the mechanism of realization of professional competences of fulltime students on the subject of sports profile “Biomechanics of motor activity”.
