Employee training effectiveness: assessment criterions and models, russian and foreign experience

Abstract:

The effective employee training system is an integral part of every modern company motivation politics. Nowadays the results-oriented and an employee’s work effectiveness increase innovational approach is required for the employee training system. The research goal is to assess the possibilities and prospects of modern measurement methods and assessment criteria for employee training summarizing Russian and foreign experience.
Empirical analysis methods (monitoring, comparison, measurement, experiment) and theoretical research methods (analysis, modeling, and peer review) are used in the study.
Employee training prospects are considered as the basis for business improvement.
