INFORMATION  AND  EDUCATION  ENVIRONMENT  OF  SUBJECT  AREA  AND SCIENTIFIC AND METHODICAL CONDITIONS OF ITS ORGANIZATION AND  FUNCTIONING

The work was carried within the framework of “Informatization of education, intellectual de- velopment and socialization of a modern man” fundamental research in the context of “Development of the informatization of education in the context of personal information security” (topic no.2.9384.2017 / bc) theme in the framework of the Program of fundamental scientific research of the state academies of science in 2013-2020 (in the part of RAS) approved by the decree of the Russian Federation government dated December 3, 2012 No. 2237-r

Introduction. Research on a problem of argumentation and definition of the “information and educa- tion environment of subject area” concept. The purpose of the article is the substantiation and development of scientific and methodological conditions for the organization and functioning of the information and ed- ucational space of the subject area.

Materials and methods. The research is conducted on the basis of theoretical analysis methods and generalization of psychological and pedagogical science provisions, as well as the study of the current state of research in the aspects of the organization and functioning of the information and educational environ- ment in the subject area.

Results are the substantiation and definition of the “information and educational environment of the subject area” concept in the context of the philosophical category of the “environment” concept. The article investigates the scientific and methodological conditions for the creation and functioning of the information and educational environment of the subject area.

Conclusions. Conclusions are drawn about the scientific novelty, the theoretical and practical signif- icance of the study. The authors concluded that the research results can be used in the practice of teaching using the means of information and communication technologies.
