TEACHERS COMPETENCE IN THE FIELD OF  CHILDREN’S  MENTAL  HEALTH AS A CONDITION OF EFFECTIVE TRAINING AND EDUCATIONAL PROCESS

Problem and goal. The article is devoted to the problem of competent pedagogical support of chil- dren with mental health problems.

Methodology. The methodological basis of the study was an integrated approach presented by Ananiev B.G., describing the unity of the biological, psychological and social in a human. The author ana- lyzed his own experience of psychotherapeutic counseling and neuroscience data.

Results. The specifics of manifestations of children’s mental disorders in the teaching and education- al process are shown. Features of pedagogical support of problem children are indicated.

Conclusions. The need to develop forms and methods of forming the competence of teachers in the field of problems of children’s mental health is revealed.
