ANALYSIS OF FORMS OF REAL INVESTMENT  AND IMPLEMENTATION DIRECTIONS   OF THE INVESTMENT PROJECT

Introduction. The successful development of the enterprise is inextricably linked with the effective management of all spheres of its activities. One of the most important types of financial and economic ac- tivity of each enterprise is investment. In the process of investment activity, economic agents seek invest- ment resources, select effective investment objects, develop investment projects through the creation of a balanced investment program and investment portfolios, and ensure their implementation. The purpose of the article is to characterize the forms of real investment implementation within the framework of certain directions of the investment project implementation.

Methodology. The research is conducted on the basis of systemic and formal-logical methods.

Results. The article studies the main directions of the investment project implementation – capital investment, innovative investment and investment of growth of current assets. In each of these areas of im- plementation of the investment project, certain forms of real investment are allocated.

Conclusions. The author comes to the conclusion that the choice of the form of real investment should be made on the basis of an analysis of the key tasks of diversifying the enterprise’s activities, the possibilities for introducing new technologies, and the potential for the formation of investment resources.
