Abstract:

Basing on the argumentation of the teleological characteristics of the professional-public accredita-tion institute, drawn on legal and political considerations, the article establishes the observed proportions of social interests and managerial competence of the accrediting organizations. The balance when differentiat-ing social responsibility in the relevant field of activity is proposed to be actually established by means of the legislative consolidation of the requirements for the implementation of the PPA procedure, which will oblige the organization to the utmost openness, regulation, professional and responsible approach in carry-ing out accreditation procedures.
