Abstract:

Transformations in the system of Russian education contribute to the emergence and new require-ments for the personal and professional characteristics of the teacher, which entails not only the develop-ment of his professionalism in the methodological, research and personal sphere, but also the reduction of the level of psychological health. It is necessary to monitor the level of the teacher’s psychological health in order to preserve the health-saving environment for all subjects of the educational system, including the teacher himself. There are capacious psychodiagnostic tools that make it possible to reveal the level of the psychological well-being of the teacher. Regular implementation of preventive measures on their basis helps to reduce psychological risks in education.
