Abstract:

Basing on the analysis of existing approaches to the classification of factors influencing the economic systems activity at various levels, the author has proposed a grouping based on the study of the mutual in-fluence of factors and process organization, and suggested the following groups: internal environment fac-tors, external environmental factors of 1st, 2nd and 3rd orders. The grouping makes it easy to conduct an analysis of the current conditions where it is planned to conduct the business processes organization. The specifics of the business processes functioning in the rubber-containing waste processing segment are de-scribed, and a list of factors related to the environment of the 1st and 2nd order that have the most negative impact on the organization of business processes in the segment under consideration, which are the resource market, market, government agencies and organization of production processes. The analysis of factor space by means of a quantitative estimation of a condition of each of the allocated factors is carried out and the basic reasons of the situation developed in a segment are defined. The way to eliminate the negative influence of the specified factors is offered.
