DEVELOPMENT OF EDUCATION INFORMATIZATION BASED ON DIGITAL TECHNOLOGIES: INTELLECTUALIZATION OF THE TRAINING PROCESS AND POSSIBLE NEGATIVE CONSEQUENCES

Abstract:

The article touches upon digital technologies influencing development of Russian education informatization, describes the systems possibilities on the web interface being actively introduced into the education sphere and creating some certain positive and negative impact on the learner’s personality. The conditions of the learning process intellectualization are presented and possible negative consequences for the learner’s personality in connection with the use of information and communication technologies and systematic information interaction with an interactive network resource are described. The concepts con-nected with the negative influence on the learner’s personality when using information and communication technologies are substantiated and formulated.
